The property is not in a livable condition Bidet / hose pipe in the toilet broken Periodic power cuts, generator does not start immediately and works less power A/C not functioning causing suffocation No Internet connectivity Unclean bath and toilet area with dust and mites at places Fan regulator and other furniture damaged or broken Bath bucket and jug broken

Nothing except that its close to the candolim beach.apart from this there is no point to stay here.
